Hi, Mykal,
Yes, I am absolutely positive that Jack Bradbury did the artwork for this comic! He did all of the art for this series of Beany comics from the early 1950's (perhaps with the exception of a couple of the covers). The stories are 'signed' by Bob Clampett because they were Clampett's character creations and the stories came out of his shop. But Clampett's contract with Dell for these comics specified that he wanted Jack Bradbury to do the artwork. (A later Beany comic series in the 1960's was done by another artist.)
